4. What is the typical lead time for samples and mass production?
Speed is our advantage. Custom physical samples and prototypes are typically completed in just 7 to 10 days. For mass production, our robust monthly capacity of 50,000+ pcs allows us to deliver bulk orders within 25 to 35 days after sample approval and deposit.
5. How do you ensure product quality before shipment?
Quality is non-negotiable. We implement a strict 4-step internal QC protocol, featuring 100% inspection prior to shipping. We guarantee a defect rate of less than 0.5% and fully cooperate with third-party testing agencies (like SGS or BSCI) based on your requirements.
6. What payment methods and terms do you accept?
For mass production, our standard term is a 30% T/T deposit before production and a 70% T/T balance before shipment. For large-scale orders, we also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Sample fees can be paid conveniently via PayPal or Western Union.
